Day 2- Hollywood Studios

Day two was at Hollywood Studios. Another glorious day! We were able to do a lot of rides which was wonderful! I love Mickey and Minnie Runaway Railway, it is so cute. Truly, it was a perfect day!                                      

                                       

I got in trouble on this ride. A bad guy told us to remove all packs. I didn't take off my fanny pack. He came and yelled at me and said, "What is it you are wearing?" Thinking quickly I said, "A fanny sack!" Then he spent about 3 minutes yelling at me and calling me an imbecile- it was hilarious! I was laughing so hard I was crying and the kids also thought it was hilarious. It was awesome!

We went and saw some of the shows- Indiana Jones and Beauty and the Beast. Both were wonderful!

This guy asked me if I wanted to be arrested. I said, "yes" and he said, "I'm not going to arrest you because you want it!" It was great!

The night ended with Fantasmic. WOW! It was absolutely incredible! I didn't know what to expect, but it wasn't that. It was so much better than I could have ever imagined.

                                        

                                        

Walt Disney World With ThunderRidge!

 Audra's band went to Walt Disney World- and I went as a chaperone.

It was so exhausting- they ran us ragged the whole time, but so much fun.

We left at 2 AM on a cold, icy, snowy morning. I was very nervous about our flight taking off on time. On Wednesday we got about 5 inches of snow. About 40% of Southwest's flights were delayed on Wednesday. But, it all worked out! Everything went as smoothly as could be.

We landed in Orlando around 12:30 and headed to Animal Kingdom. The sun was so wonderful! It was 86 degrees and absolutely perfect. It was so great to get out of the freezing cold of Denver and remember that there is a sun that provides heat. I had forgotten that.

My chaperone buddies went to lunch at a pizza place. I was like, "I'm not going to sacrifice my Disney calories on pizza! Instead I went to Yak and Yeti and the cast member suggested the Korean BBQ sandwich. It was delicious! Much better than pizza ;)

Look what the Wordle was for today, too. It set the tone for the whole trip!
