Admittedly, I was very skeptical. It has always seemed so BORING. And, it's not really a sport. A skill, yes, but not a sport. And certainly not a skill that I would be good with. But the couple we went with insisted it would be fun so we decided to give it a go.
Let me tell you guys something that I never thought I would say: I LOVE golf. It was SO MUCH FUN!!!!! And, I'm just going to say it, I wasn't that bad. I was actually pretty good. I scored par on two holes- and we only played 9 holes so I think that was pretty good.
Granted, this course was a perfect one for people who have never played golf before. It is only 9 holes, and the longest fairway is about 100 yards- so not too far. The cost is only 8 bucks a person, so it is an incredibly affordable hobby on this course. Plus, you can borrow their clubs for free! The weather was perfect and the company was great. It was really, really, awesome. I can't wait to go play golf again!!!

First time on the course and Ben already has the outfit perfect. Christina, you're getting there. Now all you need is a really silly hat. Glad you had fun, sounds like a blast!
Glad you guys had such a great time. It looks fun. If only I could get a date night. (sigh) We had to cancel ours last weekend in order to shop for a new fridge. Blah.
