Five Mile Park
I took the girls to a co-op at Five Mile Park just east of Denver. It was so cool! They had all sorts of different activities for the kids to do- including churning butter, playing Native American and Pioneer games, panning for gold, and doing pioneer chores. I was incredibly impressed.

You know when I was growing up, we lived blocks away from Garden of the Gods and Rock Ledge Ranch (then it was called White House Ranch). Anyway - it is similar to this place, and I actually volunteered there as a kid, as a pioneer kid. It was awesome. I really need to take my kids there.
