It finally feels like summer! It has been incredibly rainy and Seattle-like for the past six weeks or so. Apparently it has something to do with El Nino or with a shifting jet stream, I am not sure. At any rate, it has not felt like a normal Colorado summer. Until this week. The sun has finally shown its face and we have been able to get in the pools and play outside. That has made my house very happy! I really need the girls to get outside and not make huge messes.
Yesterday we went to a co-op where the girls learned about the water cycle. Then they went to the stream to catch water animals. Thankfully they didn't fall in.
The girls started private swim lessons. Hopefully they will be fully swimming soon! Audra is almost there- she should be fully swimming soon. Claire still has a ways, but she's trying hard.
While Audra had her lessons, this is what Claire and Camille did- played on the play structure and pretended to fall asleep.
