We studied ancient Egypt (World History) the first year we homeschooled, and now it has come back around and we are studying it again and I am LOVING it!!! This is so much fun- we have so many hands on activities to go with it, and I found out about a subscription box called Yummily where they send you foods from around the world each month. The first month happened to be foods from Egypt- so I immediately signed up! Our box came in and today we enjoyed it!
Today the girls made snake throwers, we enjoyed our yummy Egyptian treats with Poetry Tea Time, and the Kona Ice truck drove by so the girls got to chase it down and enjoy some Kona Ice! It was a practically perfect day in every way!
