Sadly, my phone case thingy got some humidity, so my pictures didn't turn out very well. But, this was another awesome day! Ben said this was his favorite- even though he got injured when we got stuck on a huge rock and he had to get out in some intense rapids to get us off. Thankfully, we did survive- he is my hero!
We started out with Steph, Damien, Bridger, Makenna, Claire, and Camille, but ended up needing to switch boats because we needed some adults on another boat. The goal for this boat was to be LAST so we could enjoy the river for as long as possible.
Camille loved hanging off the side of the raft, as did many of the kids. This was pretty much the tamest river on the planet, so there was really zero risk of injury (in less you are Ben).
There were a few different spots where you could stop and swim:
Here's Ben and Alicia. Even with the blurry pictures, you can tell how beautiful this area is. The water was crystal clear, and the trees stood to Heaven. It was as picturesque as one can imagine.
I think this is my favorite picture. Phinn looks great!
Hilde rowed our boat effortlessly:
You can almost see Ben's scratched knee. If he didn't get out to rescue our boat, however, I am pretty sure we would still be on that rock.
Audra is always a trooper:

Here's Ben swimming in the river. He was excited (even though the water was quite chilly) because it was his first time swimming in a river that wasn't just a trickle:
Enoch and Alicia rowing hard:
It took about 3 hours to get down the river, and we wish it was longer. Honestly, it was so great!
