My dad is the most patient, kind man on the planet. I have never once heard him raise his voice, scream out in anger, call anybody a mean name, or, really, say anything mean in his whole life. He is just the kindest of men in every way. When others would have lost their temper or lashed out in anger, he would often laugh and do everything he could to diffuse the situation and find a solution that could work for everyone. I have more love and respect for him than any other person on the planet.
This guy has seen more soccer, basketball, volleyball, and softball games than can be counted, attended more band concerts than anyone should be forced to endure, and helped us out of more binds than one would think humanly possible. And, somehow, he says he enjoyed it all.
My dad truly is my hero of heroes. Everyday I know I am blessed to call him Dad.
For Ben, we got him this "Dadalorian" shirt:
The girls spoiled him by making him waffles this morning:
And, they made him the sweetest cards:

From Claire:
Dear Dad,
I love you so much and I am so excited to spend Father's Day with you. You are an amazing person and the best dad in the entire world!
Stop and make sure you read everything!
Turn that frown upside down because today is....Father's Day! Not it is time for your fortune to be told!
(fortune from a homemade paper fortune cookie): Today you will do the chicken dance!
From Audra:
I love you more than Doughnuts! Don't forget Baby Yoda (I had to include him- he's too cute!)
Dear Dad,
I love you so much! You are an amazing dad. To the world you are just one man, but to me you are the world. For all of the things you do for me, thank you. You have always been there for me. I love you. Have an awesome Father's Day!
