Julia Robinson Math Festival

One thing I have brought to Trailblazer that I am proud of is the Julian Robinson  Math Festival. This is an awesome feeder event, and this is our second year. Over 100 elementary students come and play all kinds of math games. High school volunteers man the different tables. It is such an awesome event! I have really enjoyed organizing it for the last two years- it's one of the coolest things I get to do ;)

 

School Spelling Bee

 As part of my job, I got to be in charge of our school spelling bee. It was so great! These kids were so great to work with, and it was a lot of fun. There were some tears, but overall it went really well. I'm so proud of these awesome kids! And, I LOVE my job and that I get paid to work with them!
