We didn't go up to the great beaches in Seattle, we just went to the state park beach right next to my parents house. Because of the cold, we practically had the entire beach to ourselves.

Playing Hooky!
It was a bit chilly, but it was nevertheless worth taking a day off
and heading to the beach. I have realized that my girls are definitely
beach girls! They are not fans of barnacles or seaweed so they are a bit
of beach snobs, but they made do.
We didn't go up to the great beaches in Seattle, we just went to the state park beach right next to my parents house. Because of the cold, we practically had the entire beach to ourselves.
