Then, 24 hours later, this is what our outside looks like:
A foot of snow- so far. It is still coming down.
Such is life in Colorado- you finally think you are coming out of the long, cold winter months, and BOOM! Yet another massive storm. Another storm is expected Saturday.
In actuality, I am actually grateful for today's storm. Absolutely everything was cancelled or closed. We were supposed to go to a co-op today, but it was cancelled. Ben stayed home from work. We are "stuck" inside our house.
It is quite literally the first day in weeks that we do not have to go anywhere. We slept in a little late, and were able to get all of our work done with absolutely no rush. It was quite blissful.
Perhaps a winter storm at the beginning of spring isn't the worst thing in the world.
