I wanted to document this for future reference.
Tonight Camille was in charge of the lesson for FHE. Normally, I help her. Tonight, however, she was adamant that she got to do the lesson all by herself. It turned out...interesting to say the least. But, it was super cute, if a little chaotic.
She had all kinds of things during her lesson:
1. She asked us if we ever felt happy, sad or mad.
2. She told Audra she was going to sing a song and then pulled out a song (Candle On the Water) for Audra to sing. Unfortunately, Audra had never even heard this song before, so it came to quite a shock to Audra. We all sang it together.
3. Camille then pulled out a picture of peas and told us that peas are healthy.
4. She pulled out our book of Christmas stories and had Ben read one.
5. She had Claire pretend to be a mom and Audra pretend to be a dad and then said the game was for dad to find the hidden cat- which was sitting right on top of the piano directly behind Camille's head.
I will never know exactly what lesson Camille was trying to teach, but she was sure proud of herself for giving this lesson.
